Returns or Exchanges

All returns or exchanges require an authorization number from owenandolivia.com. The authorization number may be obtained via telephone at 888.454.8882 or via email - returns@owenandolivia.com.

All returns or exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

For your security, please return your items via FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail and retain your tracking receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
